ビジネススキルを学ぶ場はいくらでもあるし、研修もトレーニングコースもいくらでもある。でも日々のビジネスはなかなか進まないし、新しい取り組みがそうそう生まれるわけではない。それはなぜだろう。
物事の見方に別の角度を持ち込んだ転換がなければ、推進力にはなっていかない。関わってくる様々な出自の人たちが、揃って「ああこれなら」と思うものになっていかないと、壁は越えられない。
それは繰り返しビジネスの現場で起きていながら、実は教えられてこなかったこと。学ぶ対象とは見てこられなかったこと。

There are countless opportunities to learn business skills, with an abundance of training programs and courses available. Yet, daily business rarely progresses smoothly, and new initiatives don’t emerge frequently. Why is that?
Without a shift in perspective—introducing a different angle to how we view things—it’s hard to generate momentum. Unless diverse individuals involved in the process collectively feel, “This could work,” the barriers won’t be overcome.
This is something that repeatedly occurs in the business world, yet it has rarely been taught. It’s something that hasn’t traditionally been seen as a subject to learn.
However.
The very act of shifting perspectives—that is what lies at the heart of creativity.
If that’s the case, it’s a skill that can be learned. It can be objectified, systematized, and acquired as a reproducible capability.
We aim to teach creative skills that are grounded in the realities of business and designed to help overcome challenges.

社会課題というのは本当に「誰も悪くない」世界です。関わっているすべての人がなんとかしようとしている。けれども過去の仕組みや慣例や商慣習、さまざまな状況があってなかなか好転していかない。そんなことが多いもの。ここがダメ！ならそれを直せばいい。だけどそうじゃない。そうではなくて、独自の閉じ方をしているから生まれていることが多い。結果多くの方々がむきあって、そこに関わっている方々の中で必死に動いても、なかなかうまくいかない。そこに全然違う角度でその問題を見てみる、全然違う高さで起きていることを見てみる。そうすると、全然違うやり方が見つかることがあります。

We offer creative mentoring for individuals facing various challenges, such as those from NPOs, startups, and local governments, who may feel, “We’re doing good work, but it’s not getting through,” or “How should we communicate this effectively?”
Social issues often exist in a world where “no one is at fault.” Everyone involved is trying their best to make things better. However, progress can be hindered by existing systems, traditions, business practices, or other circumstances. Often, the problem isn’t something simple like, “This is wrong—fix it.” Instead, the challenges arise from unique, self-contained complexities within the situation.
As a result, despite everyone’s best efforts and dedication, progress can feel elusive. That’s where a completely different perspective comes into play—looking at the problem from an entirely new angle or from a different vantage point. By doing so, entirely new approaches can emerge.
We provide mentoring that helps open a metaphorical window to see farther, offering fresh insights and perspectives to address these challenges.
